Online Safety Game

Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt contracted me to create an online safety game. I managed the entire process, including scriptwriting, audio, design, animation, and programming, which used HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

Players were told how many safety hazards there were in a room, then, using a touch screen or a mouse, players would try to select each hazard. They were notified when a press or click was correct or incorrect. When correct, an audio file would play to confirm the correct selection and explain why it was a safety hazard. Once all hazards were found, players were directed to the next room.

The rooms were created in a 3D application and rendered to look like illustrations.
